AIASC

Whilst the Australian International Academy is not a selective school we do follow a new enrolment evaluation procedure to ensure the suitability of students and families for entry to our school.

The suitability of students is evaluated after careful consideration of three levels of assessment:

  1. Past School Reports,
  2. Results of Entrance Tests completed at school,
  3. Interview with the student and both parents.

The Enrolment Process

Step 1

Complete a Registration form. A non-refundable fee of $110.00 is required.

Please return completed form to the school physically or emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Upon registration your child’s name will be placed on our Registration Waiting List. Families on the Registration Waiting List are notified by the Registrar when a place becomes available. All prospective Kindergarten students must be attending a preschool program.

Step 2

Attend the school with your child when requested to complete an Entrance Test. Allow 30 minutes for the test. A student profile for the previous two semesters will be required including copies of the following:

  • Two Previous Semester Reports
  • NAPLAN test results

Step 3

Attend the school with your child when requested to participate in an interview. Both parents must attend with the student unless there is a compelling reason why only one can attend.

Step 4

A letter of offer will be sent to you following the interview if a place is to be offered to your child/children.

Step 5

Pay the Enrolment Guarantee Bond and required school fees. Complete the enrolment documents. A copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization certificate will be required.

Welcome and Orientation

Attend an Orientation Day. An Orientation Day is organised to welcome new Year 7 and Kindergarten students into the Academy.
