Leadership skills are taught throughout the Academy. We aim to develop a culture of leadership from the earliest years of Primary right through to the last years of Secondary school. This culture is achieved through the promotion of public speaking as a core life skill, as well as through various peer support and mentoring programs, debating opportunities and the encouragement of student initiated activities, projects and events.
