The workshop created a warm and safe space where parents could share strategies and experiences.
On Tuesday, August 6th, Ms. Yigit and Ms. Ayesha Khan hosted a fantastic Parent Workshop focused on supporting student wellbeing at home using the PERMAH model. The workshop created a warm and safe space where parents could share strategies and experiences.
Parents who attended were highly engaged and left with a Wellbeing Toolkit filled with practical resources they could use immediately. The toolkit covered a range of strategies, from mindfulness exercises to communication techniques, all designed to enhance holistic wellbeing.
Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Parents appreciated the practical tips and the opportunity to connect with others. They left feeling inspired and equipped with new strategies to support their children at home.
Ms. Yigit and Ms. Khan thank all the parents who participated and contributed to the success of the workshop. Stay tuned for future sessions and resources to continue supporting our school community.
